For example:
You should to insert:
www.hard-soft.co.yu/action.php ? affiliate = kostunica & country = dembelija & future = dark
as URL parameter into following link:
www.download4you.com/do.php ? print = y & confirm = y & anything = n & url = . . .
Result is:
www.download4you.com/do.php ? print = y & confirm = y & anything = n & url = www % 2Ehard % 2Dsoft % 2Eco % 2Eyu % 2Faction % 2Ephp % 3Faffiliate % 3Dkostunica % 26country % 3Ddembelija % 26future % 3Ddark
and this is correct way.
If you try to insert URL into another URL without encoding you will lose parameters.
